Room was well-equipped and immaculately clean.
Enjoyed the hotel, it was modern with peaceful and perfect location in amongst the pine trees. Location really close to the forest surrounded by pines and clean air as well as hiking the rila seven lakes. Comfortable beds and a safe, multi-channel television, and a mini-fridge-bar. Thanks to the helpful staff everything was really good, including plenty ofgreat food.

Convenient location - within easy walking distance to everywhere we needed to go. We explored a few spots downtown, which weren't too far from here. Enjoyed a delicious meal at a nearby restaurant without breaking the bank! 🍽️.

Had a relaxing stay for relaxing short vacation, everything was really good. Location: the hotel was just off the Rila Mountains, and Panichishte. It also was in amongst the pine trees. The bed was comfortable and the room was elegant and fairly quiet. All the employees were really helpful and excellent👍

I absolutely loved the charming decoration of this hotel. The general areas were beautifully designed, creating a warm and cozy environment that made me feel right at home. It was also very accessible for senior people, with easy access ramps and elevators provided throughout the hotel.
I would have preferred if the children working there were a bit more attentive and helpful to senior guests.

Impeccably clean venue with substantial breakfasts and views of the garden. the staff were absolutely kind and exceptional. - Lovely design. - Modern room with a private bathroom, safe, multi-channel television, and a mini-fridge bar. - Excellent and appetizing meals.

I always return here because the staff helped me discover great places. It has everything I need, like Free Wi-Fi, Free parking, Luggage storage, etc. Coming back for New Year!

We stayed at 103 Alpine for a short vacation and it was absolutely fantastic. The hotel is in a great location, close to the lift for the seven Rila lakes. The rooms and bathrooms were spotless and beautifully decorated. The spa amenities, including the jacuzzi, steam room, and sauna, were perfect for relaxation. The extended breakfast was luxurious and the food in the restaurant was amazing. our stay at 103 Alpine was excellent.
Would definitely recommend this hotel.
